What if I only need the video and no web support?

No problem! We can either provide you with a DVD of your video or convert your video into any file format you prefer (i.e. WMV, QuickTime, MPEG, etc).

File conversions are optimal for sellers interested in hosting their video themselves.

What is the advantage of having ScoutMetro host my video?

No. Actually there’s more than one.

Some providers give you a link that is hosted by a third party such as YouTube, Facebook, Photobucket, etc. When you choose a ScoutMetro website option you are also choosing a one-stop shop. We host the site and therefore can provide immediate service. No one likes to push anything but the play button when watching a video online and on a ScoutMetro site they won’t have to. A frustrated viewer does not make for a happy buyer.

No downloads necessary. Your potential buyer will be able to view your video as simply as possible.

What areas do you serve?

ScoutMetro proudly serves the Metro Detroit area. This includes counties Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston, Lapeer, St. Clair and Monroe. However we strive to accommodate all requests and are willing to travel for a minimal fee. If you live outside of the listed counties, please feel free to contact us at info@scoutmetro.com with the address of your home/property for sale and we will gladly provide a quote.

How long before my video is complete?

In most cases your virtual tour video will be delivered within one week from the day it was filmed. For an additional surcharge, expedited service is available and is contingent on expected deadline.
